Adult Dance Class

This class is aimed at all that enjoy dance or keeping fit. This could be someone who used to dance or someone who has never joined in a dance class. The class is relaxed and fun there is no pressure, this should be an hour you get to yourself to chill. We try to combine lots of different styles of dance and music so that you don't get bored. Each week we may focus on something different. It may be a tap routine, Barre work, core work or it may be more stretched based.
