Principal
Leanne O'Neill
I joined Aylesbury School of Dance when I was 4 years old, and Gloria was my teacher. She inspired me to train and become a teacher myself. I would go in on a Saturday and help her with the baby classes.
When I left secondary school, I studied Performing Arts and A level dance. Then began training with the IDTA studying Associate Ballet with Yvonne Goute (President of the IDTA), and an IDTA Associate in Free Style Dance. In 2009, I started teaching Dance and Drama at the Aylesbury Vale Academy, teaching students GCSE and BTEC Performing arts and dance.
I now have over Ten years teaching experience in both a secondary school (The Aylesbury Vale Academy) and Aylesbury School of Dance. I also have qualifications in Exercise to Music (YMCA) and Aqua Aerobics (SPEEDO) working in gyms in the local area.
Teaching dance is my passion and I thrive from helping people to achieve their goals.
